Promotion Guidelines

Your career path from day one to ownership. Each level has clear, measurable requirements. Promotions are not based on time — they're based on results.

25% Representative

Submit background check. Start 12 KT Process. Start Licensing Process (LLQP). Your starting point.

35% Sr. Representative

Recruit 1 Direct New Associate. Help 1 family during their field training (same month).

50% District Leader

Recruit 3 New Direct Associates. Help 3 qualified families (must be within 30 days of IBA). OR 5 × $5,000 in one month once license hits (split with qualified field trainer).

60% Division Leader

Independently recruit 3 new team associates. $3,000 in team production after license hits.

70% Regional Leader

Develop 2 direct qualified divisions. Get investment licensed. Team does 10 recruits & $10,000 in production in the promoting month.

110% Regional Vice President

Develop 3 direct qualified divisions. Team does minimum 20 recruits and $20,000 in production two months in a row. Leave 2 qualified divisions as a promotion exchange. Minimum 70% Quality of Business Index. Become Branch Manager Licensed. $25,000 minimum 12-month cash flow. Must be in a position to independently run your own baseshop.

Promotion guidelines are subject to change. District & above promotions require attendance at all trainings and NSD approval. Qualified divisions need to average 5 × $5,000 over 90 days for exchange.
