Promotion Guidelines
Your path from Representative to Regional Vice President. Promotions are based on results, not tenure. Each level lists exactly what you need to hit.
Representative
25%
- Submit your IBA and background check ($131)
- Start the LLQP licensing process
- Run 20 field-training appointments in 2 weeks
Tip Don't wait for your license. The 20 appointments are how you learn the business and build a pipeline. That's 2 per weekday — book them back-to-back and get it done in 2 weeks.
Senior Representative
35%
- Recruit 1 direct new associate
- Help 1 family during their field training
- Both completed in the same month
Tip The fastest promotion on the ladder. If you're running appointments, you'll naturally meet someone who wants to join. Bring them to a Wednesday training.
District Leader
50%
Fast Way — Sprint District (Pre-Licensed)
- Run 20 qualified field-training appointments within 30 days of your IBA
- Earns a cash bonus on promotion
The activity drives the result. At 20 appointments, 3 recruits and $3,000 in premium happen naturally. Focus on the appointments and let the numbers take care of themselves.
Slow Way — Post-Licensed
- 5 recruits + $5,000 in premium in one month
- Must be split with a qualified field trainer
Tip Take the fast way. 20 appointments in 30 days is 5 per week. Book them back-to-back. The agents who run the appointments hit the numbers. The agents who wait for their license spend months getting to the same place.
Division Leader
60%
- Develop 1 direct Field Trainer (someone you trained who now trains others)
- Recruit 5 team members total
- Submit $5,000 in team premium in one month
Tip Field Trainer certification is the real gate. Independently recruit 3 people and generate $3,000 in team production after your license hits. Focus on getting your first person to District before worrying about your own promotion.
Regional Leader
70%
- Develop 2 direct qualified divisions
- Get your Mutual Fund license
- 10 team recruits in the promoting month
- $10,000 in team production in the promoting month
Tip Schedule your Mutual Fund course the moment you hit Division Leader — it's the most common bottleneck at this level. Two divisions each running $5K/month rolls up to your $10K.
Regional Vice President
110%
- Develop 3 direct qualified divisions (2 Division Leaders + 1 Regional Leader)
- 20 team recruits for 2 consecutive months
- $20,000 in team production for 2 consecutive months
- Leave 2 qualified divisions as a promotion exchange to your upline
- Maintain 70% Quality of Business Index (QBI)
- Get your Branch Manager license
- Build to 25 licenses in your team
- Demonstrate $25,000 in 12-month average cash flow
Tip RVP is about depth, not width. You need at least one leg 3–4 levels deep that runs without you. The 20-20-20 model is the blueprint: 20 agents, 20 appointments/week, $20K/month premium. The real test: can you leave for two weeks and everything keeps running?
Promotion guidelines are subject to change. District and above promotions require attendance at all trainings and NSD approval. Qualified divisions need to average 5 × $5,000 over 90 days for exchange. This page is for internal training purposes only.
